Exchange & Returns Policy

At ARK Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free exchange and returns to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

Easy Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unworn and Unaltered Items: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or that show signs of wear or alteration.

Exchange Option: Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process, and we'll help you find the perfect replacement. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering store credit.

Return Shipping:

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
